Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the service I received at your hotel last week.
Firstly, the service was very bad because when I booked they didn’t confirm the booking and I had to call to check my reservation.
Secondly when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist didn’t know about my booking and I had to pay extra for a bigger room because there weren’t any small rooms available.
Finally, when I came to my room I smelt a disgusting smell and I felt sick. The toilet was broken and the light bulb in the bathroom was not working. When I called reception they said they would send housekeeping but nobody came.
I would like to suggest that you to tell your staff to check all rooms every day and to let you know that I do not expect this kind of service from a 3 star hotel. I will not be staying at your hotel in future.

Lazy Town

Despite its name, Lazy Town is a fast paced action town whose inhabitants are funny and fresh. Stephanie comes to Lazy Town from an outside world to live with her uncle, the town's mayor Milford Meanswell. she meets a zany mix of kids and grownups, including the world's laziest super villain Robbie Rotten. Fortunately for everyone, Lazy Town is also home to a super healthy hero called Sportacus. Together, Sportacus and Stephanie jump, dance and leap from adventure to adventure, like two crazy gymnasts. As well as saving Lazy Town from evil Robbie Rotten, Sportacus helps his friends make good and healthy lifestyle choices. Chocolate sugar yummies boo! Apples hooray!

Sportacus

Sportacus is a fit and agile acrobat with lightning fast style. He's always moving, flipping and somersaulting through the air and landing with flamboyane. He's patient, kind and understanding - just the kind of role model anyone would love to have.

Stephanie

Stephanie is an 8 year old girl who loves pink. All her clothes are pink and even her hair is pink! She's sweet, positive and optimistic.

Robbie Rotten

There's always one, isn't there? Robbie Rotten is the laziest villain that ever there was. If there is mischief to be made, he's the one that's making it. Forever trying to make Sportacus leave Lazy Town, and intent on keeping Lazy Town lazy, he is always hatching devilish plots that make your eyes water.

Ziggy

Ziggy, Ziggy, Ziggy.... you do like your candy, don't you? Ziggy can always be found with his faithful lollipop in hand. He has a big, and we mean BIG, appetite for candy and sweets. And choco-sugar-yummies, and minto-chewbars, and ice cream sundaes and - you get the picture.

Stingy

Six year old Stingy is bossy greedy and possessive (although deep down he is a good guy, and wouldn't let you down). Whatever is his is his, and whatever is your is his too!

Trixie

Trixie the Troublemaker and rule breaker. She's headstrong, opinionated and likes to take charge.

Pixel

Pixel plays too much on his computer and creates gadgets to do things for him. For example, he has a device that ties his shoe laces for him.

Mayor Milford Meanswell

Milford Meanswell is Stephanie's uncle and is the mayor of Lazy Town.

Bessie Busybody

Busybody by name and busybody by nature - she has to know everything that's going on with the people in Lazy Town .
